Pages such as Home, About, Programs, CSR & Projects, Gallery and Contact describe programmes in good faith. Course names, fees, duration and photographs are those the office has published. Figures on the website (partners, students, batches, groups) come from verified records on this portal, not from estimates.

Content can change when the office updates Settings, courses or project records. If a printed leaflet differs from this website, the office record on the portal prevails.

Submitting a partner, student or women-group application — or paying a listed course fee — does not by itself mean:

• approval, login or authorization;
• a seat in a particular batch or centre;
• a job, stipend, government scheme benefit or guaranteed income;
• a certificate.

The office verifies documents and payments, then records a decision. Check application status / admission status with your ID.

Training outcomes depend on batch approval, attendance, the student’s own work, trainer availability and field conditions (weather, venue, local holidays). Completing a form or a fee payment does not create a right to a particular result, placement or timeline.

A certificate is valid only if Certificate Verification on this website shows it as active and it has not been revoked or expired. A print, photo, PDF or WhatsApp forward is not enough if verification fails.

Sakhi Seva Foundation is not responsible for fake certificates, altered seals, copied QR codes or documents that do not verify here.

Pay only to the UPI ID / QR / bank details shown after login on the student payment screen (the same details stored in Admin Settings). The foundation is not responsible for money sent to:

• a partner’s personal phone or UPI;
• an agent, photocopy of an old QR, or any unpublished account;
• cash “to confirm a certificate” or a seat.

Wrong UTR or mismatched amount may be rejected; you may re-submit proof as described in the Refund / Cancellation Policy.

A person is a partner of Sakhi Seva Foundation only after office approval. Until then they must not collect fees, enroll students or speak as staff. Even after approval, a partner sees only their own records and must not promise government jobs or certificates the office has not issued.

We are not responsible for unofficial Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other pages that use our name or logo, or for SMS that does not come from the office numbers published in Settings. This Phase-1 portal does not send automated SMS or WhatsApp.

Work assigned on this portal is programme activity recorded by the office. It is not automatically employment under labour law unless a separate written contract says so. Any work payment is only as marked on the work record (amount, status, reference) — separate from student course fees.

The website may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting issues or your own internet connection. Save your application / admission / UTR numbers. If a page error occurs while you submit, check status or write to the office before paying again.

Use of this website is also governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy. To the extent Indian law allows, Sakhi Seva Foundation is not liable for unofficial pages, fake certificates, field-dependent training results, or loss from passwords shared or payments to unpublished accounts.
