Refund / Cancellation Policy

When student course fees may be refunded or cancelled — UTR proof, office remarks and batch status on this portal.

Sakhi Seva Foundation · Registration No. 01/01/01/24665/12

Last updated 30 Sep 2026

This Refund / Cancellation Policy applies to student course fees collected on this Sakhi Seva Foundation portal for a listed programme. Read it with our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

The office records every payment decision (verified, rejected, remarks, refund) on this portal. That record is what applies — not a verbal promise.

1 What this policy covers

It covers fees you pay for a course shown on Programs / the student admission form, using the UPI/QR or bank details published after login. It does not automatically cover:

  • women-group or home-based work payments (those follow the work record);
  • money sent to a partner, agent or unpublished UPI;
  • donations, if the office later runs a separate donation receipt.

2 How fees are paid

After student login, pay only the UPI ID / QR / bank details on the payment screen. Then enter the UTR / UPI reference and upload proof. The office matches amount and reference before marking the payment verified. Admission and batch allotment wait for that verification.

3 Wrong UTR or mismatched amount

If the office rejects a payment (wrong UTR, screenshot of another payment, or amount that does not match the listed fee):

  • you may re-submit the correct proof on the portal;
  • the office does not charge an extra fee for that correction step;
  • this is not yet a refund — it is a chance to complete verification.

4 Admission rejected before training starts

If the office rejects admission before a batch is marked ongoing, it may refund the verified course fee as per the remarks recorded on your payment. Refunds go back by the same UPI/bank path the office can use, after identity checks. Quote your admission number and UTR when you write.

5 After a batch is ongoing

Once the office marks your batch as ongoing, course fees are generally non-refundable. Leaving the course, low attendance or a change of mind does not by itself create a refund. The office may still note an exception in remarks (for example a documented medical or family emergency) — only that recorded decision counts.

6 If the office cancels the batch

If Sakhi Seva Foundation itself cancels the batch before or during training and does not offer a reasonable alternative batch, the office will record a refund or transfer of the fee on your payment record and notify you through this website or the official email.

7 Duplicate or extra payment

If you accidentally pay twice for the same admission (two UTRs for one listed fee), write to the office with both references. After verification the extra amount may be refunded; the listed course fee itself still follows sections 4–6.

8 How to request a refund or cancellation

  • Email info@sakhisevafoundation.com or use Contact Us.
  • Give your name, mobile, admission / application number, course, amount, UTR and date.
  • The office adds remarks on the payment record. Check admission status on the portal.

There is no automated refund button in Phase-1. Processing time depends on bank/UPI cycles and office verification — ask for the remark on your record rather than a fixed number of days unless the office writes one.

9 Partner and women-group paths

Partner authorization and women-group approval do not use the same student course-fee screen. Any fee or work payment on those paths is only as the office records it. This policy does not turn a work assignment into a refundable commercial booking.
