Terms & Conditions

Sakhi Seva Foundation · Registration No. 01/01/01/24665/12

Last updated 30 Sep 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Sakhi Seva Foundation website and portal (this “Website”), including public pages, partner / student / women-group applications, logins, UPI/UTR payment proof, training batches and certificates. By browsing, applying or signing in you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund / Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not submit an application or create an account. The office may update these Terms from the Admin Panel; the version published on this page is the one that applies.

1 Who we are

Sakhi Seva Foundation (सखी सेवा फाउंडेशन) is a registered organisation (registration no. 01/01/01/24665/12). Motto: सशक्त महिला... समृद्ध समाज... Official contact details are those shown on Contact Us and in office Settings (including info@sakhisevafoundation.com).

2 What this portal does

This Website is a working Phase-1 system, not only an information brochure. It currently supports:

  • Public information: about the foundation, programmes, CSR & projects, gallery, contact and language (English / Hindi).
  • Community partner applications, document upload, office verification, then partner login. Each partner sees only their own students, groups and work.
  • Student admission to listed skill courses, course-fee payment by UPI/QR with UTR proof, batches, attendance and training records.
  • Women groups and home-based work assignment, completion and related office records.
  • Issue, print and public certificate verification. The office may revoke a certificate.

This phase does not send automated SMS or WhatsApp messages. Official communication is through this Website, email and the phone numbers published by the office.

3 Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide true, current information. Applications may be made for yourself or, where the form allows, for a person you are authorised to represent.
  • Login is issued only after the office verifies the relevant application (partner, student or women-group path).
  • You must keep your password confidential. Notify the office at once if you suspect misuse of your account.
  • The office may suspend or close an account for false documents, duplicate applications, unpaid or mismatched fees, abuse of the portal, or breach of these Terms.

4 Applications, documents and office decisions

Submitting an application (partner, student admission or women group) is not a guarantee of approval, training, work, payment or a certificate. The office verifies identity documents, photos, area details and payment proof, then records a decision on this portal.

  • Upload only original, readable documents that belong to the applicant. Do not submit another person’s Aadhaar, photo or bank proof unless the office has asked for a nominated representative and that person consents.
  • Application IDs (for example partner and admission numbers shown after submit) are for tracking on application status / admission status pages. Quote them in any email to the office.
  • Required document types are those listed on the apply forms and in Admin Settings. Incomplete files may be returned for correction or rejected.

5 Partners

A partner is authorised only after office approval. Until then you have no right to collect fees, enroll students or speak as staff of Sakhi Seva Foundation.

  • After login, a partner may view and update only records linked to their own account (students, batches they submitted, women groups they created, assigned work).
  • Partners must not share login access, alter another partner’s data, or promise government jobs, guaranteed income or certificates without office issue.
  • Authorization, area and partner certificates follow office rules. The office may withdraw authorization if field work or records are unsatisfactory.

6 Student admission, courses and fees

Course names, duration, eligibility and fees are those published on this Website and in the student admission form. Fees are for the listed programme, not a donation unless the office states otherwise on your receipt.

  • Pay only to the UPI ID / QR / bank details shown after login on the student payment screen (the same details the office stores in Settings). Do not pay a partner, agent or any unpublished number.
  • After paying, enter the UTR / UPI reference and upload proof. The office matches amount and reference before marking payment verified.
  • Wrong UTR, screenshot of another payment, or a mismatched amount may be rejected. You may re-submit proof; the office does not charge an extra correction fee for that step.
  • Admission, batch allotment and training start only after the office verifies payment and approves the record. See the Refund / Cancellation Policy if payment is rejected or a batch is cancelled.

7 Batches, attendance and training

Training outcomes depend on batch approval, attendance, field conditions and the student’s own participation. Completing an application or paying a fee does not by itself create a right to a job, stipend or certificate.

  • The office (or an authorised partner, where the workflow allows) creates batches; some batches need office approval before they are treated as ongoing.
  • Attendance and completion are office records. Disputes should be raised with the office email, quoting your admission number.

8 Women groups and home-based work

Women-group registration and home-based work are programme activities of the foundation. Assignment of work, quantity, due dates and any work payment are decided and recorded by the office on this portal.

  • Group members’ names and KYC are used to run the group, not to sell data.
  • Work payment (if any) is separate from student course fees. It is paid only as the office marks on the work record (amount, status, reference).
  • Do not treat a work assignment as employment under labour law unless a separate written contract says so. This portal records programme work, not a private job board.

9 Certificates

  • Certificates are valid only if they show as active on Certificate Verification on this Website and have not been revoked.
  • A printed copy, photo or PDF is not enough if verification fails or the office has marked the certificate revoked / expired.
  • Do not alter, copy another person’s certificate, or use Sakhi Seva Foundation’s seal, signature or QR except as issued to you.
  • Verification on this site does not require a login. The public sees limited certificate fields, not Aadhaar or bank details.

10 Payments you must not make

Sakhi Seva Foundation is not responsible for money sent to a personal UPI, a partner’s phone, a photocopy of an old QR, or any account that is not the one published in the student portal / Admin Settings at the time of payment. If someone asks you to pay “cash to confirm a certificate”, refuse and write to the office.

11 Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to access another user’s records; upload malware; scrape or bulk-download personal data; create fake applications; interfere with payment or certificate verification; or use this Website for any unlawful purpose. Activity on the portal may be logged (user, action, IP) for security and audit.

12 Intellectual property

Website design, text, photographs published by the office, logo, certificate layout, QR marks and software belong to Sakhi Seva Foundation or its licensors. You may share public pages with a normal link. You may not copy the portal, reuse the logo for your own organisation, or republish training content as your own without written permission.

13 Privacy

How we store names, phone numbers, Aadhaar (masked in office lists), bank/UPI proof, photos and login sessions is described in the Privacy Policy. Public project pages and the gallery show only office-approved material.

14 Liability

Information is provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Sakhi Seva Foundation is not liable for: unofficial social-media pages; fake certificates; training results that depend on attendance or field conditions; or loss arising from your sharing of passwords or payment to unpublished accounts. See also the Disclaimer.

15 Changes, law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the foundation’s registered / operating office location have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or other law says otherwise.

Questions: Contact Us or info@sakhisevafoundation.com, with your application / admission / UTR number if you have one.
