Partner authorisation
Confirms that the holder is (or was) an authorised community partner, with ID, level and assigned area.
Typical numbers look like UF-AUTH-2026-0001 or UNF-COORD-000001.

Verify a certificate
Enter the certificate number printed on the document. A Partner ID also works for authorization certificates. A genuine certificate verifies here and has not been revoked.
What you can check
Only certificates issued through this Sakhi Seva Foundation portal. A print, photo or WhatsApp forward is not enough if it does not verify here.

Training completion
Confirms that the holder completed a listed skill course. Shows the course, batch and issue date.
Use the certificate number printed on the training document.
How to verify
- 1 Read the certificate number printed on the document, or the short code under the QR.
- 2 Enter that number in the form on this page. A Partner ID also works for authorisation certificates.
- 3 Check the result: verified, inactive, expired or revoked. Only “verified / active” should be accepted as current.
- 4 Open the printable view or PDF if you need a copy. Contact the office if the number does not match.
What this page does not show
Public verification is limited on purpose so anyone can check authenticity without seeing private KYC.
- No address, mobile, email, Aadhaar, PAN or bank details.
- A genuine certificate must verify on this website and must not be revoked.
- Do not pay a partner or an unpublished UPI to “confirm” a certificate.
